Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide response to enquiries about products and services
- Paperwork such as Quotations, Stocklist, Processing customer orders and complete activations in an accurate and timely manner
- Monitor delivery timeliness and assurance of delivery note upon delivery
- Preparing dockets to production (issue of job sheet, packing, label, etc)
- Feedback and update Sales Team on customer’ requirement and delivery status
- Ensure all records and documents are documented as per ISO 9001 requirements
- Assist, review and issue Job Order (by telephone or email)
- Co-ordinate orders to and from respective departments
- Monitor Finished Goods inventories
- Arrange customer’s delivery to be on time
- Liaise with customers for sales enquiries, collections, P.O., deliveries and others
- Assist in handling customer complaints to maintain rapport in order to provide excellent service at all times
- Consult and help Sales Coordinator / Sales Clerk whenever there is a problem
- Other functions as and when instructed by immediate superior or above authority
Requirement:
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome (Preferably 1-2 years in related field)
- Education:Min Diploma or equivalent
- Languages:Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Skills & Attributes:Good working attitude and a strong team player
- Self-driven, dynamic, and result oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Material Planning Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production in term of material planning, inventory control and product loading based on the available capacity.
- Maintain material inventory at the safety level.
- Prepare work order and get ready material for production or purchase for the shortage.
- Liaise closely with purchasing department in incoming schedule to meet production schedule and storage space availability.
- Plan and purchase material. Ensure smooth supply to production.
Purchasing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue PO to assigned-suppliers, and ensure purchased items arrive as per required schedule. If necessary, communicate with logistic department for forwarders and courier services arrangement.
- Ensure shipment arrive following schedule.
- Responsible in QAD system for item maintenance task and price maintenance task, for all the purchased items.
- Responsible in sourcing as assigned items for request material & part and price negotiation.
- Price negotiation and Term & conditions negotiation for current purchased items due to supplier price increment, purchased item volume increase/decrease, change of purchase term & conditions, etc.
- Handle and involve in purchased items quality issue.
- Record, monitor & evaluate supplier Performance and report to department head.
- Perform data analysis and review the data report.
- Lead and guide designated purchasing staffs in their daily work activities, negotiation in all matters with external parties- service/product providers.
- Involve in material planning and working to minimize total cost of purchase and inventory level.
- Update the AVL, Approved Supplier List, as scheduled.
- Trouble shooting & corrective actions follow up in purchasing department, and/or cross-departments, if needed.
- Prepare statistical data and analysis report as required by superior.
Purchasing Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue PO to assigned-suppliers, and ensure purchased items arrive as per required schedule. If necessary, communicate with logistic department for forwarders and courier services arrangement.
- Verify suppliers’ invoice before submit to Account department for payment process.
- Involve in minor sourcing tasks with guidance from assigned supervisor.
- Complete new vendors’ New Supplier Questionnaire form before any new purchase
- Record, monitor & evaluate supplier Performance and report to department head.
- Update record for active suppliers price, size, MOQ & lead time, for new purchase and any changes to existing purchase.
- Request support documents COC,SDS, TDS, ROHS, Halogen free, UL, etc. for the purchased items compliance requirement . Follow up compliance renewal, if necessary.
- Handle and involve in purchased items quality issue.
